We allocate a small parcel of vines to you that you will follow over the course of the vintage year and that will create a bond with your domain. And because wine is born from the soil, we offer a small sample. It is essential, then, that you touch this soil, so important to the wine maker. We offer a small sample of soil in each kit and we encourage you to get your hands dirty once you visit the domains.

When it comes to understanding wine making, nothing beats hands-on. That's why we encourage you to spend a day at the winery, where you'll uncover some of the mysteries of wine with the help and encouragement of the estate's wine making team.
